She is very knowledgeable about her field. She answery all of our questions clearly and quickly. She gave us wonderful advice on how to prepare our house for sale, walked us through all the details of what it would entail and was pivotal in the purchase of the condo I bought. We followed her seasoned advice and put the house on the market at the list price she suggested. We had 3 offers on the first day! It was sold 3 days later. It was a whirlwind from there but Monik's patient guidance was priceless in keeping us on track and having a relatively smooth transition from one home to the next.
